NIRCA Mid-Atlantic Regional Meet

JMU 3/28/26-LRC had a solid distance showing at the NIRCA Mid-Atlantic Regional Meet. LRC’s Miriam Crowder started out the day in the women’s 5k running a competitive 21:21. She was immediately followed by her brother, LRC’s Director of Training George Crowder, who ran in the men’s 5k running an outstanding 16:30 in close competition. Amy Deml represented LRC in the women’s 1500 finishing with an excellent time of 6:04. Sienna Taylor and Miriam Crowder ran in the women’ 800 running a 2:55 and 3:05 respectively. LRC’s current VP, and future President, Joshua Stepp finished with a 2:07 in the men’s 800. Additionally, Joshua Stepp ran a 10:48 in the 3k Steeplechase.
